Taylor Memorial Museum houses a vast display of glass from local industry, plus many interesting artifacts from the lumbering, mining, and farming communities in the surrounding area. A separate genealogical research area is also available for family research, especially for researching families of Italian heritage.
A database of significant events, such as weddings and deaths, taken from the Brockway Record newspaper during its 100+ years of production is published on this website. To access this database, click on "News Archive" on the menu at left. Copies of the complete articles referenced in the database are also available.

The newly published book "The Elk County Rifles-
